RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF GOODS<\/h4> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t

6.0.1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase\u2013sale agreement within 14 days. The period starts from the day the Consumer received the goods (that is: the goods were collected from a parcel locker; the goods were delivered by courier; and in other cases where the actual act of receiving the goods has taken place).<\/p>
\n

6.1. According to Clause 17.2 of Resolution No. 697 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 11 June 2001 \u201cOn the Approval of the Retail Trade Rules\u201d (active link <2024-10-06><\/a>): perfumes, cosmetics and toilet preparations (codes according to the Combined Nomenclature \u2013 3303\u20133307) are non-returnable goods.<\/strong> Unless the product is defective.<\/p>

\n6.1.2. We will refuse to accept returns if the product\u2019s original packaging has been damaged, the protective film (cellophane) has been removed, or the product has been used even once. Also see Clause 6.1.

\n
\n6.2. If the product is defective, we will exchange it for another identical one or we may refund the amount paid by the Buyer (including shipping costs). If the Buyer wishes, we can replace the defective product with a different product selected by the Buyer.

\n6.2.1. Depending on whether or not we have another product in stock for replacement at that time, the Buyer may have to wait 7\u201314 business days to receive it.

\n
\n6.2.2. If the product is of good quality and undamaged, shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. If the Buyer chooses a more expensive shipping method than the one used to deliver the product, the Buyer pays the difference.

\n6.2.3. The product may be sent to the Seller only if it has not lost its commercial appearance, has not been used, and is in its original, undamaged packaging.

\n6.3. Upon noticing a manufacturing defect or receiving a damaged product, the Buyer must inform the Seller by email at info@frangano.lt, attaching photos within 14 days. The period starts from the day the Consumer received the product (that is: the product was collected from a parcel locker; the product was delivered by a courier; and in other cases when the actual collection of the product has taken place).

\n6.4. The money is refunded within 5 business days from when we receive the product. After receipt, we assess the condition of the product and whether there are any disputed issues. If any questions arise, we may contact the Buyer regarding the product return situation. Therefore, in individual cases, the refund may take longer. Or, in the event of a disputed situation, we may refuse to refund the amount paid.

\n6.5. The refund is made to the same account from which the products were purchased.
